Cancellation Reschedule Policy

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any guests who no-show, cancel, or attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, as we are not provided enough time to fill that space at such late notice.

  • To maintain the integrity and quality of our offerings, we do not accept returns on products purchased through our salon. Should you experience any concerns with a product, we recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer, as they may provide return or exchange options in accordance with their policies.

  • Our commitment is to provide exceptional service and results tailored to each guest. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments to achieve your desired outcome. Please note, however, that refunds are not offered for services rendered within the salon. 

  • An investment is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your stylist will quote the non-refundable investment price during your consultation.

    Any cancellation or changes to an appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; otherwise, your investment will be forfeited. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 72-hour window, you must then schedule a new appointment and make another investment.

    If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Elizabeth J Salon and Extension Bar prior to the application appointment in order to schedule a new consultation. A new investment may be required.

    Elizabeth J Salon requires cash or credit card as payment. Elizabeth J Salon will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.

    You must agree to read the hair extension care guide provided by your stylist. Elizabeth J Salon will recommend the proper products and care routine to be used on the extensions. Elizabeth J Salon and our stylists are not responsible for any damage caused to the extensions due to improper care, allergic reactions to the beads, or any reason that may cause the client not to be able to wear the extensions.

    There will be NO REFUNDS issued for any reason on extensions. Loose hair cannot be distributed to any client that does not have a current cosmetology license. Hair will be stored only by Elizabeth J Salon and is only liable to hold the loose hair for 6 months after removal.
