Elizabeth J Salon utilizes an Associate Program where we coach, and mentor our newly licensed stylists to ensure they are trained to our standards, salon culture, customer service, and Redken and Pureology branding. Upon completion of the Associate Program the stylist will begin his/her career as a Level 1 stylist.
